Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Blackburn Sports and Social Community Club Limited (CASC) will be held in the function room of the Club at Prescott Ave, Brough, HU15 1BB on Saturday 7th September 2024 at 13:00.
At this meeting, we will be electing a committee, including the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Section Representatives, who will be responsible for managing all CASC matters to support the Vision, Mission & Objectives of the CASC, and have a chance to discuss issues of importance to us as a CASC.
If you are a member of the CASC, please come along to exercise your vote and contribute. If you wish to stand for election to the committee, a completed nomination form needs to be submitted by 23:59 on Thursday 5th September 2024. The form can be requested by email to the CASC AGM mailbox (cascagm@blackburnleisure.co.uk).
Members may appoint a proxy by completing the CASC proxy form that can be requested by email (cascagm@blackburnleisure.co.uk) by 23:59 on Thursday 5th September 2024. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent members from attending and voting in person should they wish to do so.
If you would like to submit a question to the meeting in advance, please email it to the CASC AGM mailbox (cascagm@blackburnleisure.co.uk) by 23:59 on Thursday 5th September. It can then be responded to at the meeting.
