Group Fitness Sessions

Fitness classes to develop healthier, happier adults and to increase strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. A great way to meet new people, stay in shape and have fun in the process.

Session Times: Monday’s, Thursday’s 6pm – 7pm and Saturdays 8am – 9am
Location: Hard-court area (near the tennis/netball courts)
Cost: £5 per session (Non members) £4 per session (Blackburn Leisure Card Holders)

HIITSTEP is a new challenging 30 minute HIIT exercise using only your body weight and a step. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have worked with Team GB. If you want to get seriously fit, this class is for you!

Session Times: Wednesday’s: 1st session: 7pm – 7:45pm, 2nd session 7:45pm – 8:30pm and Saturday mornings 9am – 9:30am
